Eddie Zarick created a Macbook mod that converts the Apple logo on the back of the laptop into an LCD screen. It seems the OS X automatically recognizes it as a secondary LCD. You can set a simple image desktop, play your iTunes visualizations through it or output your iSight camera through it.
